No. Never. Ever. I am not even reading this now. (Wait, am I too new a member to be sarcastic?)
honey, you're never too new to be sarcastic. How are those ankles coming along? We could write a whole novel called "The Ankles of M.--" by the end of the saga... :)
wuts a saga?
Saga is a highly dramatic, long and complex story. Basically it's a synonym for "epic".
Aww, DA's first post! Yay! =) And he's worried for us which is even better! Yes, I think we all are still checking the site, but with school added to everyone's agenda it makes it harder to post regularly. I think we are doing good considering everyone is super busy. =)
im not busy...im just too stupid to think of something to post
and lazy :p

"Directed by Ger Consadine, the documentry ‘Deirdre’s Passions’ is a short which tells the story of the Galway author Deirdre Manifold , one-time girlfriend of the notorious Irish poet, Patrick Kavanagh . The film was screened at the Way Out West segment of the Galway Film Fleadh."
is anyone ever annoyed with my piontless and stupid comments?
The odd thing is, I thought I had posted this on a different blog... Go figure.
what blog did you think you posted this on?
Saga and epic are not quite the same thing.
An epic like the Odyssey is in hexameter verses, it begins with an invocation to a Muse and contains lofty language like:
Andra moi ennepe Mousa polytlan haws ... polla
Muse, sing of the man muchsuffering who many ...
(can't remember more)
A saga like Nialls saga is in prose of a very short style without lofty embellishments and with heaps of dialogue and external action. Typically it starts off with a quarrel and a genealogy, like that of Glum in the saga of Niall.
wow
oh my gosh I loooooooooove sagas!!!! Thank you Hans!!!!
You are very welcome, but I am not sure you will love this one. It starts out grim and gets grimmer.
heh.... a lot of them do. I still love them though... all those old tales always fascinated me.
